Full Refurbs

Top-to-bottom property renovations, structural alterations, rewires, plumbing, plastering and decorative finish under one roof.

What we do

A full refurb is not a cosmetic face-lift, it's a complete property rebuild from first-fix back up. We take on whole-house refurbs where every surface gets touched: structural alterations, stripped-back services, rewires, plumbing, plastering and final decorative finish, delivered by our own teams on one coordinated programme.

  • Strip-outs and careful salvage of anything worth keeping.
  • Structural alterations with steel beams and engineer sign-off.
  • Full rewires and central heating renewals.
  • Plastering, joinery, tiling and second-fix, tradespeople inside the group.
  • Decoration and final finish to the brief agreed at sketch stage.
  • Snag and handover walk-through to the brief's original spec.

What a proper full refurb actually looks like mid-project

A full property refurb takes an empty shell back to the studs, rewires and re-plumbs everything, reconfigures layout to modern living patterns, and brings the whole thing back up to a high-spec habitable finish. It's the most disruptive project you'll run short of a new build, but done right, it's cheaper than buying a house that already had it done.

The right sequence matters more than speed. Strip-out exposes what's really there behind the plaster; structural alterations happen while the house is open; services (electrical, plumbing, heating, data) are designed into the open shell; plaster follows; joinery and tiling follow that; decoration is last. Running trades in parallel when they should be sequential, a common shortcut, is what produces visible snags six months after 'completion'.

Planning for the client side of a refurb matters as much as the build side. We'll walk you through a realistic programme with weekly milestones, identify the decisions you need to make before each stage locks in (tile choice before plastering, tap choice before first-fix plumbing, socket positions before second fix), and run the whole thing through one project lead so you don't end up coordinating six trades yourself from your kitchen table.
