Cladding, internal finishes, flooring, lighting, HVAC, one crew through to handover.
The shell is only half the build. We finish our garden rooms to house standards, choice of cladding, internal finishes, flooring, lighting and HVAC, all delivered by the same crew that put the foundations down, so nothing gets lost in translation.
The fit-out stage is where most garden room projects start to look cheap if they were going to. The shell is comparatively straightforward: timber frame, insulation, cladding, glazing, roof. The finish is where the details either come together or don't.
We treat the inside of a garden room the way we'd treat the inside of an extension on the main house. Walls get plasterboarded and skim-finished by an actual plasterer, not stuck with decorative panels over chipboard. Skirting is square-edged contemporary, not the chunky cheap profile that dates a space. Joinery, cupboards, shelving, desks where built in, is made to fit, by someone who cares about reveals and shadow gaps.
External cladding choice drives how the building ages. Composite cladding looks identical at day one and day fifteen; real timber silvers beautifully if it's the right species, poorly if it's the wrong one. We'll talk you through siberian larch versus thermo-modified ash versus Accoya versus composite on the day of the quote, because the maintenance profile of each is very different over 15 years.
Same crew foundations through to finish, no hand-offs between trades.
Finishes priced in the original quote, not a loose 'PC sum' to chase later.
Proper handover walk-through, we don't consider the job done until you do.

Insulated, fully wired, broadband-ready, with a dedicated circuit from the main consumer unit and optional climate control.

Reinforced flooring, ventilation, soundproofing and mirror walls, sized to fit your kit, not the other way around.

Yoga, therapy, beauty, music, each built around the acoustic, lighting and hygiene spec you need.
Tell us about your project, we'll come back the same working day.
